After you purchase Max/RNBO, you may need to update the payment method on your account or access your invoices. You can do this from your online account at any time.
To change only your billing address, and not the payment method, please email sales@cycling74.com.
Invoices
To view and download all of your invoices, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Cycling '74 home page.
- Click the 'SIGN IN' button at the upper-right corner of the webpage, and sign in to your Cycling '74 account.
- Click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the webpage, and choose 'Your Account' from the drop-down menu.
- Under the 'Licenses' tab you will see all of your licenses listed. Locate the license you would like to see the invoice(s) for.

For subscriptions:
- Click the 'Manage' button on the right side, and select 'Billing History'.
- From the Billing History page, click the 'View Invoice' button on any listed invoice.
- When the invoice opens, if you wish to download it, click the download icon on the upper-right corner of the invoice.
- For full/permanent licenses:
- Click the 'Manage' button on the right side, and select 'Invoice'. You may see separate invoices for Max and RNBO, if they were purchased separately.
- When the invoice opens, if you wish to download it, click the download icon on the upper-right corner of the invoice.

Updating Your Payment Method
To update your payment method for subscription licenses, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Cycling '74 home page.
- Click the 'SIGN IN' button at the upper-right corner of the webpage, and sign in to your Cycling '74 account.
- Click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the webpage, and choose 'Your Account' from the drop-down menu.
- Under the 'Licenses' tab you will see all of your licenses listed.
- Locate the subscription license you would like to update the payment method for, click the 'Manage' button on the right side, and select 'Manage Payment Method'.
- All payment methods associated with your account will be listed.
- To edit your current payment method, click the appropriate 'Edit' button, enter the requested information, and save.
- To switch to a different payment method already on file, click the appropriate 'Make Default' button.
- To add a new payment method, click the '+ New Payment Method' button, and follow the prompts.
- To remove a previous payment method, select 'Remove', and then 'Yes, delete'.
