After you purchase Max/RNBO, you may need to update the payment method on your account or access your invoices. You can do this from your account at any time.
To change only your billing address, and not the payment method, please email support@cycling74.com.
Invoices
The direct link to your invoice is accessible from your receipt. To view and download all of your invoices, navigate to your Account Information.
From within the Max Application :
- Go to Help > User Account and Licenses.
- Next to your subscription, click on the "+"
- A menu will appear with your purchasing information.
- Select the link that says, "View Account Info".
- Your purchase(s) will be on the first tab titled " Your Orders"
- The "Order Invoice" link is located on the bottom left side of the order.
From Account Link :
You can access your account here.
To get access, the system will request for you to enter the email address where you received your receipt (this can also be the email address associated with your Cycling '74 account).
A confirmation email will be sent to you that will provide a link to manage your orders. From the link, you will be directed to your account information.
Updating Your Payment Method
From within the Max Application :
- Go to Help > User Account and Licenses.
- Next to your subscription, click on the "+"
- A menu will appear with your purchasing information.
- Select the link that says, "View Account Info".
- Navigate to the "Account Details and Payment Method" tab in your account.
- To add a different payment method, click on the "Add Payment Method" button.
- A drop-down menu will appear with Credit/Debit and Paypal options. You may apply this new payment method to all subscriptions.
- To remove a previous payment method, click on the "Manage" button and select "Remove".
