How can I access my account?
If you already have a website account -- used for Project submissions, website commenting, and forum activity -- you can go to the welcome page or click 'SIGN IN' on the upper right side of our main page. If you are attempting to authorize Max 8/RNBO, use the same email and password to sign in via the Max 8 application (Help > User Account and Licenses).
If I change my password on the website, will it change in the application too?
Yes, it is the same account. Therefore, any changes affect the website and Max application sign-in.
How do I change my password or email?
To change your password or email address, sign into your account on this website, choose 'VIEW PROFILE' from the dropdown menu under your name, then choose 'USER ACCOUNT SETTINGS'. If you have any trouble making a change, please submit a support request and we will assist.
How do I recover my password?
To recover or reset your password, you can go to the welcome page or click 'SIGN IN' on the upper right side of our main page. On the sign-in pop-up window, there will be a 'Recover Password' tab. Enter your email address and press 'Request Password Reset'.
