How do I access my account?
If you already have a Cycling '74 account -- used for authorizing Max 7 (or later) and RNBO, project submissions, website commenting, and forum activity -- you can go to our home page and click 'SIGN IN' in the upper right corner of the webpage. Once signed in, click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the browser window, and select 'Your Account'.
If you are attempting to authorize Max 7 (or later), use the same email and password to sign in via the Max application (Help > User Account and Licenses).
If I change my password on the website, will it change in the Max application as well?
Yes, it is the same account. Therefore, any changes will affect both the website and the Max application sign-in (Help > User Account and Licenses).
How do I change my password or email?
To change your password or email address, sign in to your account on our website, click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the webpage, choose 'Your Account' from the drop-down menu, then click on the 'Settings' tab. You can change your email under the 'E-Mail' tab, and your password under the 'Password' tab.
If you have any trouble making a change, please submit a support request and we will assist you as soon as possible.
How do I recover my password if I forgot it?
To recover or reset your password, go to our home page, click 'SIGN IN' on the upper-right corner of the webpage, then click 'Forgot your password?'. Enter your email address and click 'Request Password Reset'. Please make sure to check your spam folder in case the message is being filtered.
How do I edit my profile?
Sign in to your account on our website, click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the webpage, choose 'Your Account' from the drop-down menu, then click on the 'Settings' tab. You can edit your profile under the 'Profile' tab, then click 'Submit'.
Where are my licenses listed?
To see a list of all licenses assigned to your Cycling '74 user account, sign in to your account on our website, click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the webpage, choose 'Your Account' from the drop-down menu, then click on the 'Licenses' tab. All licenses will be listed here, including expired or deactivated ones. Click the 'Manage' button on the right side of your license to view your billing history / invoices, manage your payment method, or cancel your subscription.
Please note that licenses prior to Max 7 will not be displayed in your online profile. If you need to look up an old serial number, contact us at support@cycling74.com.
How do I see my website activity?
Sign in to your account on our website, click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the webpage, choose 'Your Account' from the drop-down menu, then click on the 'Activity' tab. All website related activity will be shown here.
