From within the Max Application :
- Go to Help > User Account and Licenses.
- Next to your subscription, click on the "+"
- A menu will appear with your purchasing information.
- Select the link that says, "View Account Info".
- Navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab in your account. You will see your active and inactive subscriptions.
- To cancel an active subscription, click on the "Manage" button.
- A drop-down menu will appear prompting you to either "Update Your Payment Method" or "Cancel".
- Select "Cancel".

You can access your account here.
To get access, the system will request for you to enter the email address where you received your receipt (this can also be the email address associated with your Cycling '74 account).
A confirmation email will be sent to you that will provide a link to manage your orders. From the link, you will be directed to your account information.
- Navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab in your account. You will see your active and inactive subscriptions.
- To cancel an active subscription, click on the "Manage" button.
- A drop-down menu will appear prompting you to either "Update Your Payment Method" or "Cancel".
- Select "Cancel".
You can also access your account from the "Your Receipt" email by clicking on the "Manage Orders" link.
Max 7 customers, follow the instructions above from this link or from the "Your Order" email.
From the email, click on the link below the subscription item you ordered. You can either "Edit Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription".
